Now in its sixth year, IN CELEBRATION OF OUR CHILDREN AND YOUTH is an exciting, full-day event that provides children and youth with disabilities an opportunity to see and experience first-hand the wonder and enjoyment of disability arts and culture.

IN CELEBRATION OF OUR CHILDREN AND YOUTH is a positive event that acknowledges strengths, recognizes and respects disabilities and introduces school-aged children to the possibilities that await them.

LiANA

LiANA Di Marco is a Toronto-based professional musician, writer, instructor, producer and minister. She is an avid animal lover, environmentalist and a graduate from York University’s Environmental Studies Master’s program. With three albums to her credit, some of LiANA’s music has been used as background in documentary films. She also experiments with various forms of art media, including digital photography and music videos. LiANA has also performed in theatre and traveled to Oxford (England) to pursue Biblical Studies and theology.

As an advocate for social justice, disabilities and animal rescue, she leads network groups for songwriters and community social-support groups for people living with disabilities (D.I.C.I.S.). LiANA’s songwriting reflects themes of love, social issues and spirituality.
